Natalya is the Principal CPA at Finatech with 25 years of professional experience in corporations as a Change Agent, known for her transformational leadership skills and a proven track record of achieving results. She holds a Master's degree in Finance from Harvard University and brings her boundless passion and energy to the art of creating best-in-class financial infrastructures for her clients. Natalya's expertise extends beyond traditional accounting, as she integrates technology and data analytics to develop robust KPIs and Business Intelligence. Her innovative approach ensures that clients receive insightful, strategic financial management that drives their success.
Adie Balilo | Senior Staff Accountant
Adie Balilo brings over 20 years of comprehensive accounting experience across the Philippines, United States, and Australia. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Holy Angel University and a Master’s in Business Management from Pampanga Agricultural State University. Adelaida excels in general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and account reconciliation as a CPA. She has significant expertise in managing sales tax, payroll accounting, and inventory management. Adelaida’s extensive international experience and strong problem-solving skills make her a valuable asset to any organization.
Luisito Tinagsa | Senior Accountant
Luisito is a CPA with over five years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, managerial audit, and taxation services for local and international clients. He has a proven track record in handling day-to-day transactions, accounts management, and financial reporting. Luisito has worked as a staff accountant, government accountant, and executive assistant, managing financial operations across various industries. He is proficient in financial software such as QuickBooks, SAP, and ADP Payroll System. Currently pursuing an MBA, Luisito brings a well-rounded, value-adding approach to Finatech, capable of handling pressure and managing hectic schedules effectively.
Angelu Bantang | Senior Accountant
Angelu is a skilled accounting professional with a B.S. in Accounting Technology from the University of Mindanao. With experience as a Virtual Corporate Accounting Specialist for Metropolis Condominium Management LLC, she has managed accounts receivable/payable, bank reconciliation, payroll, and financial reporting. Previously, she served as Billing Associate at Awesome OS and Head of Finance and Accounting at Radtelcom Technologies & Industrial Supply Corp. Certified as a QuickBooks ProAdvisor and Xero Adviser, Angelu is known for her strong analytical skills, effective communication, and commitment to modernizing financial operations.
Daniel Cayas | Senior Accountant
Daniel is a proactive and motivated CPA with over six years of experience in general accounting and audit. He holds a B.S. in Accountancy from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines and has a strong knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP. Daniel has worked as an Audit Assistant Manager at EY GDS, where he managed financial statement audits and led a team of auditors. His experience includes roles as a senior accountant, bookkeeper, and audit associate, where he performed end-to-end accounting processes, financial reporting, and process improvements. Daniel is known for his excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Jenny Rey | Senior Accountant
Jenny is a CPA with a proven track record of leading successful financial operations and optimizing organizational efficiency. She holds a B.S. in Accountancy from Pamantasan ng Cabuyao. With over six years of experience, Jenny has excelled in roles such as Site Head and Deputy Manager for Corporate Finance at Coforge BPS Philippines, where she managed finance operations, provided strategic guidance, and led forecasting efforts. Her expertise includes budgeting, variance analysis, financial reporting, and tax preparation. Jenny is known for her leadership, team management, and ability to drive strategic financial decisions.
