Client Services and Reports: We provide monthly financial reports through Financial Cents, which include a link to a SharePoint folder containing all current and past reports. Additionally, we send bimonthly "Ask the Owner" QuickBooks reports to request clarification on account activities.
Marketing and Promotions: We may contact you for promotional opportunities, such as providing a testimonial or review of our services, and may offer a promotion in return.
Service Improvement: To monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities in connection with our Services and improve the user experience.
